Announcing… Seattle day trip series!

March 28, 2016
Series Announcement

I spend much of my travel time outside Seattle and the US. But not everyone has the time or money for big trips, myself included. Plus, sometimes you just need a mini-getaway.

“Staycations” and day trips are a great way to go on an adventure, get outside the city, or simply discover something new about your local stomping grounds.

Over the next few days, I’ll be exploring some of my favorite Seattle day trips in a four-part series. Especially with warmer spring weather just around the corner (though it’s hard to believe it, as rain once again is pouring down outside), I’m starting to feel the itch to emerge from hibernation and go on some new adventures.

Whether whether you’re traveling by car, ferry, bus, or train, there are a plethora of awesome options for fun and exploration at your fingertips. All fit perfectly into a single day, but can be expanded to span multiple days if you have more time.

I hope you’re ready to explore; I sure am. Stay tuned!
